Innuendo Sequence DataBase

In this page you will find the metadata of the bacterial strains sequence within the project INNUENDO.

This database is designed to support the activity of WP 2 (Calibration genetic diversity). It includes the four foodborne pathogens from both outbreak and sporadic human cases, from food and animal sources and from a different geographical origin and sampling time.

All the FastQ are submitted to European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) immediately after sequencing. Sequencing is performed using MiSeq at 70x of theoretical coverage. All the FastQ files pass our QC/QA protocol (available from June 2016).
